1、When the buzz of the transformer changes, but there is no noise, this indicates that the load may change.
2、Because of the large power equipment start, the main transformer inside "Wah" voice. If the transformer is equipped with nonlinear equipment such as intermediate frequency furnace, silicon rectifier and high-order harmonic generation, it will produce "Wah" sound.
3、Overload causes a very heavy buzz in the transformer.
4、Because of short circuit or grounding, a large number of short circuit currents will cause great noise in the transformer.
5、Loose core will cause strong noise inside the transformer.
6、Poor internal contact or breakdown will cause the transformer to emit electric discharge.
7、The core resonance will cause the transformer to give out noise with uneven thickness.
