Because the medium frequency furnace lining material is more expensive, and the time of building the furnace is also long, so the use time of the furnace lining can be extended once. Sometimes, however, in order to use more than once, it is very likely that the lining will be penetrated by molten iron, which will result in serious damage to equipment and personal safety. This requires us to accurately judge the life of the lining. So our factory summarized the methods for everybody as follows!
After many years of experience, the methods for judging the lining life are summarized as follows:
(1)According to past experience, lining life is calculated, and the frequency table, voltmeter and ammeter of the furnace are observed when the lining life is endiing. If the watch pins of these watches are constantly oscillating under normal working conditions, the service life of the lining will not be used as much as possible.
(2)When the operator uses the iron rod's normal grilled slag to contact the electric shock feeling, it pays attention to observe the working sound of the electric furnace. If the sound changes obviously when the sound is "dull" or even the iron liquid, it shows that the iron liquid has intruded the lining and even the lining of the furnace, and the iron liquid in the furnace should be treated according to the condition and no longer will be used.
(3)When the circuit work sound is obviously "stuffy", the circuit shell and other ground contact power will stop working, it shows that the iron liquid has penetrated the lining, and the iron liquid in the furnace should be cut off immediately, and the use is stopped.
